Our Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us in an e-mail and return it within 10 days of receipt for changes or for a complete refund of the purchase price of the item, excluding all shipping charges. EARRINGS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Please note that all returned items must be in its original condition and packaging. On any returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the freight charges going and returning to the destination.

Delivery

• We offer free delivery anywhere in Toronto. Just send your order via E-mail so you will not be charged shipping costs. If you do place your order through the shopping cart, once we see that the shipping address is in Toronto, we will refund you the shipping cost and deliver your order free of charge.
• For all orders outside of North America, the shipping costs vary and are pricey, so please place your order via E-mail. If you place your order through the shopping cart, you will be sent an invoice with the shipping cost. Please allow some time for us to calculate the shipping cost.
