Our Policy

Refunds and exchanges only permissible within 30 days from the time order was placed.

Delivery

• We offer free delivery anywhere in Toronto. Just send your order via E-mail so you will not be charged shipping costs. If you do place your order through the shopping cart, once we see that the shipping address is in Toronto, we will refund you the shipping cost and deliver your order free of charge.
• For all orders outside of North America, the shipping costs vary and are pricey, so please place your order via E-mail. If you place your order through the shopping cart, you will be sent an invoice with the shipping cost. Please allow some time for us to calculate the shipping cost.

Payment Options

We accept major forms of payment - Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheque and money order. Please note that cheques must be cleared before items are shipped. If you would like to use cheque or money order, please e-mail us at kiwiaccessories@hotmail.com.
